Item 5.02(b) Departure of Named Executive Officer.
On August 24, 2023, Yelena Simonyuk, General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary of Comtech Telecommunications Corp. (the “Company”), notified the Company of her decision to resign from the Company, effective as of August 31, 2023.
