12. Significant Customers

In the 2019 second quarter, International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) was the Company’s largest customer and accounted for $21.1 million or 21.1% of consolidated revenue compared with $21.9 million or 23.6% of consolidated revenue in the comparable 2018 period. In the 2019 year-to-date period, IBM accounted for $42.0 million or 21.3% of consolidated revenue, compared with $40.8 million or 23.2% of consolidated revenue in the comparable 2018 period. The National Technical Services Agreement with IBM expires on December 31, 2019. The Company’s accounts receivable from IBM at June 28, 2019 and December 31, 2018 totaled $24.2 million and $22.1 million, respectively.

No other customer accounted for 10% or more of the Company's revenue during the 2019 or 2018 second quarters or year-to-date periods.
