CTG Board of Directors Declares Quarterly Dividend of Six cents per Common Share

BUFFALO, N.Y. — May 19, 2015 — CTG (NASDAQ: CTG), an information technology (IT) solutions and services company, today announced that its board of directors has declared a $0.06 per share dividend on the Company’s common stock outstanding, payable in cash on July 6, 2015, to shareholders of record on June 22, 2015.
