On May 8, 2014, the Company issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.06 per share on its common stock. This dividend is payable July 1, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 17, 2014. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

CTG BOARD OF DIRECTORS DECLARES SIX CENT PER COMMON SHARE QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

BUFFALO, N.Y. – MAY 8, 2014 – CTG (NASDAQ: CTG), an information technology (IT) solutions and services company, today announced that its board of directors has declared a $0.06 per share dividend on the Company’s common stock outstanding, payable in cash on July 1, 2014 to shareholders of record on June 17, 2014.
