As previously announced, CSC and Mynd received a second request for information concerning the tender offer under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act, and they are currently in the process of responding to the request. CSC and Mynd have agreed to extend the tender offer until October 12 because they believe the Federal Trade Commission may finish its review of the transaction by that date. CSC remains confident it will complete the transaction. As of the close of business last Friday, approximately 18,989,321 Mynd shares, representing approximately 53 percent of the total outstanding, had been validly tendered into the offer.
