As previously reported, Mr. J. Michael Lawrie has agreed to become President and Chief Executive Officer of Computer Sciences Corporation (the “Company”).  On March 16, 2012, the Company announced that Mr. Lawrie will begin his employment with the Company on March 19, 2012.  A copy of the Company’s press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
