Item 5.02.	Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On November 3, 2005, the Registrant issued a press release announcing that Michael E. Keane has been appointed Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Registrant, effective immediately following the filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Registrant's Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ending December 30, 2005. The current Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Leon J. Level, will continue to serve as a Vice President reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.
