COMPUTER HORIZONS CONFIRMS RECEIPT OF UNSOLICITED PROPOSAL

MOUNTAIN LAKES, N.J., April 15, 2003—Computer Horizons Corp. (Nasdaq: CHRZ), a strategic human capital management and professional services company, today confirmed that it has received an unsolicited proposal from Aquent LLC to acquire all of the outstanding common stock of Computer Horizons for $5.00 per share in cash. Aquent's proposal is subject to a number of conditions.

William J. Murphy, the Chief Executive Officer of Computer Horizons, indicated that Computer Horizons' Board of Directors will evaluate the proposal with its advisors and would respond to the proposal following the completion of its review. In the meantime, Murphy suggested that Computer Horizons' shareholders not take any action based on information published by Aquent until the Board's review is concluded.
