14. PAR VALUE ADJUSTMENT TO PREFERRED STOCK

On September 28, 2018 the Company filed a Certificate of Correction, which can be found as Exhibit 3 within the Form 10-K report filed. Within this exhibit the Company decreased the par value of the Preferred Stock from $50 per share to $.001 per share.
