13. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS

Except as disclosed in Item 1, all of the legal proceedings for the nine months ended September 30, 2018, is disclosed in our annual report on Form10-K filed on January 29, 2019.

On May 15, 2018, the Company was awarded $269,750 during the final settlement of litigation in connection with overpaid fees owed to the Company. In addition the Company was awarded $70,000 related to use of a trademark in a mediation settlement. As referred to in Note 3, $309,893 of these awarded settlements are still outstanding as of September 30, 2018.
