Related party notes payable consists of the following at December 31, 2014 and 2013:

Convertible Promissory Note payable dated June 4, 2010 for $2,000,000 bearing interest at 24% payable quarterly in arrears, with a maturity date of June 4, 2011. The face value of the debt can be converted to the Company’s common stock at a conversion price of $.25 per share.
