Fourth Quarter Operations (Unaudited)	Note 11 — Fourth Quarter Operations (Unaudited) The effect of unusual items material to the fourth quarter of 2012 was an aggregate non-cash charge to operations of approximately $12.2 million as a result of writing off goodwill.
