Fourth Quarter Operations	NOTE 11 — FOURTH QUARTER OPERATIONS (UNAUDITED) The effect of unusual items material to the fourth quarter of 2011 was an aggregate charge to operations of $2.6 million primarily from stock based compensation, with no tax effect.
