Other Intangible Assets	NOTE 4 — OTHER INTANGIBLE ASSETS Intangible assets other than goodwill are composed of our customer contracts, provider network, and accreditation. We use a straight-line method to amortize these assets over their estimated lives, which approximates three years. Annual amortization for 2011 and 2010 was $507,000, and the remaining balance will amortize in 2012.
