NOTE 7 — ACCOUNTS PAYABLE AND ACCRUED LIABILITIES

Accounts payable and accrued liabilities consist of the following. Prior period amounts have been reclassified to conform to the current period presentation.

(1) During the six months ended June 30, 2011, we re-evaluated the adequacy of our reserves for legal fees and possible legal settlements and determined that adjustments were necessary to reduce such reserves in the net amount of $0.4 million. The adjustment of this reserve resulted in a reduction of legal expense, a component of general and administrative expense in our consolidated statement of operations.
