On May 21, 2007, the Board of Directors of Comprehensive Care Corporation (“CompCare”) approved a change of CompCare’s fiscal year end from May 31 to December 31, effective December 31, 2006. A transition report on Form 10-K covering the transition period from June 1, 2006 to December 31, 2006 will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission by August 17, 2007.
