Section 5 – Corporate Governance and Management
Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 1, 2021, Commonwealth Edison Company (the Company) announced that Verónica Gómez, Senior Vice President, Regulatory and Energy Policy and General Counsel would be leaving the Company effective September 30, 2021. Ms. Gómez will continue to serve as General Counsel until July 30, 2021, after which she will assist in the orderly transition of her duties and perform other services as requested until her departure. Ms. Gómez will continue to receive her full level of compensation and benefits until her departure and, upon separation from the Company, will receive standard benefits provided under Section 4 of the Exelon Corporation Senior Management Severance Plan, which covers senior executives of the Company and the terms of which have been previously disclosed.
