On March 4, 2021 the Board of Directors of Covanta Holding Corporation (the Company”) announced the 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (“2021 Annual Meeting”) will be held on May 13, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. E.D.T. Due to the continuing public health impact of the coronavirus pandemic and to protect the well-being of the Company’s employees, directors and stockholders, the 2021 Annual Meeting will be held in a virtual-only format. To participate stockholders must login at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/CVA2021, and enter the 16-digit control number found on their proxy card or voting instruction form. Stockholders will be able to vote their shares electronically and submit their questions during the live audio webcast.
The Company’s Board of Directors has set a record date of March 15, 2021, entitling stockholders of record as of such date to notice of and to vote at the 2021 Annual Meeting.
