Effective as of June 12, 2017, BlackRock Advisors, LLC (BlackRock) has agreed to reduce the Funds contractual management fee rate. Accordingly, the Funds Summary Prospectus is amended as follows:

The Fund pays transaction costs, such as commissions, when it buys and sells securities (or turns over its portfolio). During the most recent fiscal year, the Funds portfolio turnover rate was 83% of the average value of its portfolio.
