(Attach Extra Sheets if Needed) Western Media Group Corporation ("WMGC") has agreed to issue stock to a consultant during the quarter ended June 30, 2003 which had not been reflected in its financial information prior to preparation of its financial statements for the quarter ended June 30, 2003. Accordingly, WMGC requires additional time to reflect the stock issuance and to ensure the accuracy of its financial statements.
