SEVERANCE	NOTE 5 — SEVERANCE During the three months ended November 30, 2011 and 2010, the Company recorded severance costs of $19.8 million and $0.4 million, respectively. The cost recorded during the first quarter of 2012 primarily relates to the Company’s discontinued operations. See Note 7, Discontinued Operations, for additional details.
