RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 23. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS The Company had no significant related party transactions for the years ended August 31, 2014 and 2013. During the first quarter of fiscal 2013, the Company completed the sale of its 11% ownership interest in Trinecke. See Note 10, Businesses Held for Sale, Discontinued Operations and Disposals.
