Severance	NOTE 5. SEVERANCE The Company recorded severance cost of $2.8 million and $4.3 million during the three and nine months ended May 31, 2013, respectively. The severance cost recorded during fiscal 2013 was not individually material to any of the Company's business segments. During the three and nine months ended May 31, 2012, the Company recorded severance cost of $1.0 million and $23.3 million, respectively. The severance cost recorded during fiscal 2012 primarily related to the Company's discontinued operations. See Note 7, Discontinued Operations, for additional details.
