Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On April 17, 2020, Commerce Bancshares, Inc. announced that it has secured Small Business Administration funding for the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act of approximately $1.5 billion for 4,529 customers.
