On April 6, 2022, the Board of Directors of BK Technologies Corporation (the “Company”) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.03 per share of the Company’s common stock, payable on May 16, 2022, to stockholders of record of the Company’s common stock as of the close of business on May 2, 2022.
The press release announcing the quarterly cash dividend is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.

BK Technologies Declares Quarterly Dividend of $0.03 Per Share
WEST MELBOURNE, FL, April 7, 2022 / BK Technologies Corporation (NYSE American: BKTI) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.03 per share of the Company’s common stock, payable on May 16, 2022, to stockholders of record of the Company’s common stock as of the close of business on May 2, 2022.
General Gray Payne, Chairman of the Board of BK Technologies, commented, “We are pleased to be able to return capital to our shareholders as we declare our twenty-fourth consecutive quarterly dividend.”
