12. Retirement Plan	The Company sponsors a participant contributory retirement (401(k)) plan, which is available to all employees. The Company’s contribution to the plan is either a percentage of the participant’s contribution (50% of the participant’s contribution up to a maximum of 6%) or a discretionary amount. For the years ended December 31, 2018 and 2017, total contributions made by the Company were $144 and $136, respectively.
