16. Subsequent Event	In January 2017, the Company's Board of Directors appointed new Principal Executive Officer, and a new director joined the Board. The Board of Directors also created an Executive Committee of the Board of Directors, which will review and consider strategic investments and carry out the functions of the Board between regular Board meetings.
