12. Retirement Plans

The Company sponsors a participant contributory retirement (401K) plan, which is available to all employees. The Company’s contribution to the plan is either a percentage of the participants contribution (50% of the participants contribution up to a maximum of 6%) or a discretionary amount. For the years ended December 31, 2013 and 2012, total contributions made by the Company were $94 and $47, respectively.
