12. Retirement Plans	The Company sponsors a participant contributory retirement (401K) plan, which is available to all employees. The Company’s contribution to the plan is either a percentage of the participants contribution (50% of the participants contribution up to a maximum of 6%) or a discretionary amount. For the years ended December 31, 2012, 2011 and 2010, total contributions made by the Company were $47, $38 and $108, respectively.
