Business Dispositions	Business DispositionOn January 25, 2021, we completed the sale of TRU Simulation + Training Canada Inc. within our Textron Systems segment for net cash proceeds of $39 million and recorded an after-tax gain of $15 million.

The entire disclosure for a business combination (or series of individually immaterial business combinations) completed during the period, including background, timing, and recognized assets and liabilities. The disclosure may include leverage buyout transactions (as applicable).
