Completed Affiliated Underwriter Transaction Forms should be submitted by the applicable GPIM invest team to the GPIM Compliance Conflicts team at GPIMComplianceNewTransactionReporting@guggenheimpartners.com for review and/or revision. The GPIM investment team should also submit the launch Bloomberg for the offering and preliminary prospectus or other offering document on initial submission of the Affiliated Underwriter Transaction Form.
