Defined Benefits Plans	DEFINED BENEFIT PLANS For the three months ended January 2, 2021 and December 28, 2019, net periodic cost under our defined benefit plans was $0.2 million and $0.8 million, respectively. The service cost component of net periodic costs is included in selling, general and administrative ("SG&A") expenses, and the interest costs, net actuarial (gain) loss and other components are included in Other—net in the condensed consolidated statements of operations.

The entire disclosure for an entity's employee compensation and benefit plans, including, but not limited to, postemployment and postretirement benefit plans, defined benefit pension plans, defined contribution plans, non-qualified and supplemental benefit plans, deferred compensation, share-based compensation, life insurance, severance, health care, unemployment and other benefit plans.
