ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS.

Effective January 1, 2007, the Registrant has elected Rick J. Bedell Vice President of the Registrant’s Housing & Building Group and President of Consolidated Building Industries, LLC, dba The Coachmen Housing and Building Group.  Mr. Bedell will serve as a member of the Registrant’s Executive Management Committee.
