Note K. Organization Review

In 2016, the Company completed a comprehensive organization review intended to improve effectiveness and efficiency. The review resulted in the elimination of approximately 370 positions. The Company will incur employee termination costs as a result of these actions. The Company anticipates that the total cost resulting from the organization review will be approximately $20 million, of which $11 million and $17 million was incurred during the three and nine months endedSeptember 30, 2016. Additional termination costs will be incurred through March 2017. The costs incurred to date are included in Total claims, benefits, and expenses on the consolidated Statements of Operations and have been allocated to the Company's reportable segments in a manner consistent with the Company's current allocation of personnel costs. The costs by reportable segment for the periods ended September 30, 2016, are presented in the following table.
