Commitments and Contingencies	9. Commitments and Contingencies The Company leases certain office, manufacturing and warehouse facilities and various equipment under non-cancelable operating leases. Total rent expense was $1,432,677 and $1,227,341 in 2017 and 2016, respectively. Minimum annual rental commitments under non-cancelable leases with remaining terms of one year or more as of December 31, 2017 are as follows: 2018 - $992,665; 2019 - $627,467; 2020 - $530,454; 2021 – $285,499; 2022 - $18,000 and thereafter - $0. There are no pending material legal proceedings to which the Company is a party or, to the actual knowledge of the Company, contemplated by any governmental authority.
