LEASES

The Company has various lease agreements for offices, warehouses, manufacturing plants and equipment that expire on various dates through December 2034. Some of these lease agreements contain renewal options and provide for payment of property taxes, utilities and certain other expenses. The following table summarizes rent expense for the past three fiscal years and commitments for minimum rentals under noncancelable leases having initial or remaining terms in excess of one year at November 30, 2015.
