Other Events

On June 24, 2013, we identified a typographical error on page 40 of the Proxy Statement for the 2013 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of CSS Industries, Inc. filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 20, 2013. On May 24, 2013, Christopher J. Munyan, our President and Chief Executive Officer, received a grant of 8,000 restricted stock units (not 80,000 restricted stock units, as reflected in the table at the bottom of page 40 of the aforementioned Proxy Statement).
