TREASURY STOCK TRANSACTIONS	TREASURY STOCK TRANSACTIONS Under a stock repurchase program that had been previously authorized by the Company’s Board of Directors, the Company repurchased 303,166 shares of the Company’s common stock for $4,372,000 in fiscal 2019. There were no repurchases of the Company's common stock by the Company during fiscal 2018 and 2017. As of March 31, 2019, the Company had no shares remaining available for repurchase under the Board’s authorization.
