The combined entity will be headed by Michael A. Carpenter and Victor J. Menezes, reporting to John S. Reed and Sanford I. Weill. Deryck C. Maughan will become a Vice Chairman of Citigroup, reporting to Mr. Weill and Mr. Reed.
