On August 7, 2013, after almost twenty years of service, Robert A. Wiesen, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Aceto Corporation (the “Company”), provided notice to the Company of his decision to not stand for re-election to the Board at the Company’s next Annual Meeting of Shareholders, which is expected to be held in December 2013. Mr. Wiesen’s decision was not due to any disagreements with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
