Aleris Announces Completion of

ALSCO Metals Acquisition

 

BEACHWOOD, OH – October 3, 2005 – Aleris International, Inc. (NYSE: ARS) announced today the completion of the purchase of ALSCO Holdings, Inc., the parent company of ALSCO Metals Corporation.
