Amendment Description	Cincinnati Financial Corporation ("Company") is filing this Amendment to the Current Report on Form 8-K dated October 15, 2018 (the “Original Filing”). This Amendment is filed solely for the purpose of refurnishing the Reimbursement Agreement, dated October 15, 2018, attached hereto as Exhibit 10.1, to correct a scrivener's error in Section 2.1 and to update Section 22 to reflect immaterial edits made prior to execution.
