Transactions With Affiliated Parties	Transactions With Affiliated Parties We paid certain officers and directors, or insurance agencies of which they are shareholders, commissions of approximately $6 million in 2013, $5 million in 2012 and $6 million 2011, on premium volume of approximately $35 million, $35 million and $34 million for 2013, 2012 and 2011, respectively.
