Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 8, 2024, Summit Midstream Corporation (NYSE: SMC), a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the results of operations of Summit Midstream Partners, LP, a Delaware limited partnership and a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, for the three months ended June 30, 2024. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
