DUE TO RELATED PARTIES The balance due to related parties represents amounts that are due to certain former shareholders or employees of Hego AB that are now shareholders or employees of the Company. The balance resulted from loans to Hego AB, and dividends declared but not paid by Hego AB, prior to its merger with Chyron. Interest is accrued on the outstanding balance at the annual rate of 5.95%.
