Reference is made to the letter (the “Comment Letter”) dated September 24, 2015, containing comments of the Staff of the Division of Corporation Finance (the “Staff”) of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Harris Corporation’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended July 3, 2015. On behalf of Harris Corporation (the “Company”), I submit this letter to confirm the telephone conversation on October 7, 2015, between you and Robert A.
