CMS Energy’s income from discontinued operations for the year ended December31,2012 consisted of an $11 million ($7 million net of income tax) reversal of a loss on disposal due to the elimination of a liability associated with the 2003 sale of Panhandle.  There was no income or loss from discontinued operations in 2013 or 2014.
