On August 8, 2024, Lionsgate Studios Corp. (the “Company,” “Lionsgate Studios,” “we,” “us” and “our”) and Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. (“Lionsgate”) issued a press release announcing their results of operations for the quarter ended June 30, 2024.
