10 - Subsequent Events	10 - Subsequent Events- On February 19, 2024, the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share, or $96,613.20, payable March 20, 2024 to shareholders of record on March 5, 2024. On January 1, 2024, the Company entered into a one-year lease agreement for the Naperville facility that extends through December 31, 2024 at the rate of $9,400 per month.
