On September 28, 2023, the members of Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island (the “Bank”) approved the Bank’s Plan of Conversion.  The closing of the transactions contemplated by the Plan of Conversion, including the stock offering of Central Plains Bancshares, Inc., remains subject to customary regulatory approvals.
